> Collection is always towards the last weekend of each month unless advised of the change of date. A specific day will be assigned per area of coverage.

> Currently, subject to change, transit time (from collection to delivery) to any destination in the Philippines has gone up to 14-16 weeks. This is due to congestion in ports local and international.

> For our customers using promotional or set boxes, (e.g. Large and medium or 3

medium promo) please make sure that there is only 1 sender and 1 collection address. Destination addresses in the Philippines can differ.
